1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed on KwickClick, we begin processing it as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of placing the order. Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

2. How to Cancel an Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@kwickclick.com  Our team will guide you through the cancellation process, provided the cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame (1 hour).

3. Order Cancellation Fees

Orders canceled within 1 hour of placement will not incur any cancellation fees. However, after 1 hour, a processing fee may apply, depending on the status of the order at the time of cancellation.

4. Cancellation after Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In such cases, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the product once it is received.

5. Refund Process

If your order is successfully canceled before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you have already made payment via a third-party service, please note that the refund processing time may vary according to the service’s terms and conditions.

6. Exceptions to Cancellation Policy

Some items may be exempt from our cancellation policy, including personalized or custom-made products, products on sale, or any other products specified at the time of purchase. These items are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.
